Contemplative compassion is a way to develop pathways deeply within yourself through awareness of suffering. I offer you a new avenue of engagement with pain which can be a spiritual method of transforming suffering into a joyful, empathetic response. I have designed an expressive dance encounter with music and healing somatics to release suffering in your body, mind, and soul.
This involves a “refreshing” of how we see ourselves in relation to grief and suffering. An aroma of beauty and healing.
