As a lover of good food, I have always believed that it is essential to offer healthy, creative, and organic meals where we can connect and enjoy the goodness of God’s earth as a natural way to nourish our bodies.
All our meals will be created with love and healthy options. If anyone has food allergies or food restrictions, please know your requests will be honored.

The popular white Old Town of Altea, which is located on a hill, is considered to be the landmark, and at the same time the most important attraction in town. You can stroll through narrow streets, visit farmers markets, swim in the blue mediterranean sea and marvel at the unique beauty of the snow-white houses, but also the beaches of Altea are perfect for a beach holiday. A fantastic place for everyone who wants to combine sun and sea with a lifestyle that breathes in peace and renewal from your core.
Altea is also considered to be an art and culture center. Here is the Fine Arts University. Also numerous galleries, authors and musicians have settled here.
On a walk through the narrow cobblestone streets, you will discover something beautiful behind every corner. You can do some shopping in one of the many handcraft’s shops, there are plenty of good restaurants and always amazing viewpoints from which you will enjoy a breathtaking coastal view.

I am passionate about creating safe spaces of healing for women so they can discover strength in who they truly are and live lives that ignite and awaken them. My journey has been one of profound transformation, and it is my mission to help other women experience the same awakening.
From my own experience, I understand the power of healing the woman within. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and feel disconnected from the woman staring back. Everything changed when I discovered the power of transformational healing, nervous system regulation, and somatic embodiment practices. These tools allowed me to heal from the inside out.
